PROJECT DETAIL
My LEGO tribute to Belgian cartoon genius Philippe Geluck. Check out his cartoon !
Scale of the creation was determined by the size of the eyes.
More complex structures were incorporated this time, especially in the shirt and tie section. Underneath the tie knot center piece, the shirt is build in four (wind)directions !
I was stoked to use this seemingly useless part for the inner ear. I knew this was the angle I was aiming for, so after some doodling I discovered it should be used to connect a lego plate 1xn adjacent to an isosceles right triangle's hypotenuse.
Furthermore brackets were used to cover most facets of the inner ear.
Overall I used quite some (half) offset and some SNOT techniques on the eyes, ears and tie.
